Action Theater Improvisation trainings integrate movement, vocalization and speech into present expression.
Workshop Description
Action Theater, as developed by Ruth Zaporah, is a body based improvisation training that expands awareness, stimulates imagination, strengthens capacity for feeling and develops skills toward performance. During practice participants experience who they are, how they perceive and respond to their world and how their conceptual mind inhibits and defines their behavior. Inside of the Action Theater exercises behaviors are deconstructed and reimagined toward freer experience. The training in Freiburg will look at the nature of embodiment and how it informs the content of every moment. Students will be given tools and they will be encouraged to inhabit the slippery slopes between realty and fantasy, the world of clear presence.

Eine Anmeldung zum Workshop ist nur schriftlich (mit persönlicher Unterschrift ) möglich und verpflichtet zur Zahlung der Workshopgebühr. Ein Platz wird reserviert, sobald die Anzahlungsgebühr bei uns eingegangen ist. (Bitte Banklaufzeiten beachten!) Rücktritt vom Workshop ist nur schriftlich bis 17 Tage vor Kursbeginn möglich . Der Teilnahmebetrag wird dann unter Einbehaltung einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10% (mindestens 25 Euro) zurückerstattet, bei späterer Abmeldung kann der Betrag (abzügl. der Bearbeitungsgebühr) nur dann erstattet werden, wenn ein andere Teilnehmer nachrückt. Sollte ein Kurs (auch kurzfristig) abgesagt werden müssen, wird die volle Kursgebühr erstattet. Weitere Ansprüche können nicht geltend gemacht werden. bewegungs-art freiburg e.V. haftet nicht für Schäden an Eigentum und Gesundheit.

3) Please be aware that you are not registered until after the course tuition has been paid. Payments may be made either in cash, by check, or as a cost-free bank transfer.

Cancellation: Registered participants who cancel on or before: May 10, 2010 receive their money back with the exception of 15% of the course’s price as a cancellation fee.
